Frank Polizzi
Inducted in 2025
Frank Polizzi was inducted into the Caddie Hall of Fame on Friday, Nov. 7, in recognition of his time spent caddying as a young man and his dedication to youth caddie programs and the Evans Scholars Foundation.
Polizzi was honored during a ceremony at the Western Golf Association’s Green Coat Gala, a black-tie affair at The Peninsula Chicago, where more than 315 supporters helped raise over $1.2 million for the Evans Scholars Foundation.
“We take great pride in welcoming Frank Polizzi as the newest member of the Caddie Hall of Fame,” said John Kaczkowski, president and CEO of the WGA and ESF. “While Frank’s experience as a caddie led to impressive professional accomplishments and a love for golf, we are most inspired by his dedication to supporting young people through their most formative years. His legacy will resonate for generations of caddies to come.”
A native of Chicago, Polizzi caddied as a young man at Oak Park Country Club in River Grove, Illinois, and earned the Evans Scholarship to the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. He went on to become a successful business executive as the founder of Mass Marketing Insurance Group in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.
“Caddying and earning the Evans Scholarship meant everything to me,” said Polizzi. “I’m honored to be part of this community where we can get involved in these young people’s lives and change them for the better.”
Since its inception in 2018, Polizzi has funded the Eastern Caddie Academy and played a key role in bringing the Evans Scholars Program to Pennsylvania State University. He and his wife, Lynne, also are longtime supporters of the Program at the University of Illinois, where the chapter’s two Scholarship Houses are named in honor of the Polizzi Family.
He also is an accomplished amateur golfer with several tournament victories, including a dominant win at the 2024 Senior Invitational Tournament at Reynolds where he carded a 4-under and was 15 shots clear of the field.
